Join us at Champps Americana in Reston (11694 Plaza Americana Dr. Reston, VA 20190) for a free self-defense workshop. The idea is to practice defensive tactics in a realistic environment. We will deal with methods of avoidance and prevention as well as techniques & defenses against typical threats or attacks that may happen in a "bar fight" scenario.
