MCLEAN, VA — Fairfax County Police released photos Wednesday of a suspect they say has been using a bouquet of flowers and tools to break into homes in Great Falls, Oakton, McLean and Reston since the end of September.

In four of the five burglaries, police say a woman approached the targeted home with a bouquet of flowers. If no one answered when she knocked on the door, the woman returned to a nearby vehicle. Two men would then emerge from the vehicle, break into the home, and steal valuables.

The suspects tried to hide their identifies by blocking and tampering with surveillance cameras, according to police.
