Falls Church Man Charged In Reston Burglaries, Auto Theft

RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Police arrested a Falls Church man in connection with two recent burglaries in Reston, according to the weekly crime report.

Around 1:34 p.m., on Aug. 12, homeowners in the 2200 block of Double Eagle Court reported that their property had been stolen overnight, including a 2011 Toyota Sienna van. The vehicle was located Aug. 14, in the 11700 block of Briggs Court, in Fairfax County. Detectives apprehended two men near the van.

Detectives connected one of the men, David Pugnetti Webb, 23, of Falls Church, with an Aug. 8 burglary that took place in the 1700 block of Chimney House Road, in Reston.

FCPD charged Pugnetti Webb with two counts of burglary, four counts of grand larceny, credit card theft, attempted credit card fraud, and possession of schedule IV narcotics.
