Some electrical contractors with a local union may file a class-action lawsuit, WJLA reports.
Some union workers at a Reston company that abruptly closed its doors say they may sue for wages they never received, according to a report by WJLA.
Electrical contractor Truland Systems, in business in the area for more than 100 years, surprised many when the company closed for business.
Employees were also surprised; they reportedly read in an email that they would be paid, but some say they have not, and are considering filing a class action lawsuit against the company, WJLA reported.
