RESTON, VA — Neighbors of the Cathy Hudgins Community Center at Southgate got a Valentine's Day gift on Tuesday evening.

“At Cathy Hudgins Community Center, we strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where all feel a sense of belonging," said Christine Hodgson, former director of CHCCS, in a release. "We believe in empowering our community and our hope is that this FLAG will provide an opportunity for our community members to connect and engage with their inner artist, the center, and the community.”
