Goodbye Paolo's, Hello (Soon!) Neyla at Reston Town Center
New Mediterranean bistro is getting a design makeover from a company that has worked its design magic on some well-respected restaurants.

The now-closed Paolo’s Ristorante at Reston Town Center will reopen on May 2 as Neyla Mediterranean Bistro, according to a report by Northern Virginia Magazine.
Neyla is getting an assist with a new look from uber-chic design house HapstakDemetriou+, which has worked its design magic on some pretty well-respected names in the restaurant business, including Rose’s Luxury and Fiola Mare, according to a message on Paolo’s Facebook page.

Helming the Neyla kitchen will be chef Eric von Gehren, who has been with owner Capital Restaurant Concepts since 1987. He learned about Mediterranean cuisine while living overseas in Lebanon where he helped CRC founder and chairman Bechara Nammour open over 10 restaurants, according to Northern Virginia Magazine.
