Gourmet Cafe To Open Near Reston Town Center

RESTON, VA — Toastique, a gourmet toast, juice, and coffee bar, is set to open its newest location in Reston on Saturday, March 7.

The first 100 customers on opening day, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., will receive $50 in Toastique reward dollars with a minimum $10 purchase. The opening day will also feature a DJ and other surprises for customers.

Toastique–Reston will operate seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The store is located at 11900 Inspiration St. near the Reston Town Center.

The Reston store will offer a menu with responsibly sourced, high-quality ingredients. It is the first Toastique in Reston and is situated close to trails and lakes, suitable for outdoor fitness enthusiasts.

Local resident Sharon Barnhart and her son, Jake, will own and operate the Reston location.

“We immediately fell in love with the Toastique concept: a menu that’s delicious and approachable while creating a space where everyone feels welcome.” Sharon Barnhart said. “The town of Reston is so vibrant with such a large focus on wellness which is why our restaurant will take a thoughtful approach to a variety of customers, no matter their dietary needs, to enjoy healthy, fresh foods.”

The menu includes gourmet toasts such as Avocado Smash, PB Crunch, and 3 Cheese Italian, all customizable. Handcrafted smoothies like Purple Heart, Blue Mystique, and Orange Crush will be available, along with smoothie bowls that can include superfood ingredients. Customers can also choose from cold-pressed juices, both bottled and freshly poured, as well as coffee creations like espresso and lattes. A grab-and-go menu will also be offered for those with limited time.

Following the grand opening, Toastique–Reston will have special offers.

• Sunday, March 8: Customers can get free drip coffee with any purchase of $10 or more.
• Monday, March 9: Juice on Tap (12 ounce) for $5 will be available all day with any purchase.
• Tuesday, March 10: Customers can receive a free coffee or espresso drink with any purchase.
• Wednesday, March 11: Smoothies (16 ounce) are available all day for $6.
