Health-Based Exercise... Less is More!

I have commented on the many benefits and importance of having a health-based exercise program.

Even with all the evidence to show that health-based exercise programs improve bone strength, help with sleep quality, reduce falls and fractures, reduce stress and improve digestion, many people are still reluctant to get started.

There are two main objections that I hear most often. One is a lack of time and the other is the need to go to a facility to exercise. I can tell you that both of these objections are unfounded.

The health-based exercise programs I teach (Posture Perfect!) can be practiced at home and take as little as 15 minutes a day to accomplish. Sure you can come to the classes for a longer, more beneficial session or for the healthy social interaction. But many of the benefits are still there with just a 15 minute daily time investment.

So after all is said and done, receiving multiple health benefits with just a 15 minute a day investment and in the comfort of your own home. Now that is pretty hard to beat any way you want to slice it.
