Here's What Reston's New Wegmans Will Look Like
Reston will be getting its own Wegmans soon, and now we know what it will look like.

RESTON, VA -- Supermarket chain Wegmans will be setting up shop at the new 36-acre Reston Crescent site near the Reston Town Center Metro station in the coming years, and thanks to a new report from Fairfax County, we now know what it will look like.
Wegmans will be part of Brookfield Properties' redevelopment of Reston Crescent that will span more than 4 million square feet. That would include a Wegmans with 380 apartments stacked on top of it -- a bit different from the standalone stores you typically see for the chain.
The property will also feature a garage with more than 1,000 parking spaces to go along with surface parking.

Overall, the site would have more than 1,700 residential units, 1.5 million square feet of office, 380,000 square feet of retail, and a hotel with 200 rooms, according to a Washington Business Journal report.
The Fairfax County Planning Commission will reviewed the project on June 28.
