Holiday Sparkle Returns Saturday To Reston Art Gallery & Studios

RESTON, VA — This Saturday, the Reston Art Gallery and Studios (RAGS) is will be kicking off its month-long "Holiday Sparkle."

Shoppers will be able to purchase a wide variety of mixed media, jewelry, art objects, cards and other unique gifts created by more than eight artists at RAGS.

“Among the many things learned over the months of the pandemic, all of us are seeking authenticity, local wares, unique experiences, and want to support small businesses,” said Pat Macintyre, gallery owner and director, in a release. “We have that in abundance here at Reston Art Gallery and Studios. We welcome all to visit and enjoy our work every weekend.”

This weekend's show starts with Santa sailing in at Lake Anne Plaza for Jingle on the Lake. Children are invited to visit for free at 10 a.m. to make their ornaments on the plaza. with "Miss Pat" Macintyre.

Holiday Sparkle at the gallery is open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturdays and by appointment on Sunday. The gallery will be closedown Saturday, Dec. 25.

RAGS is located on the quayside of Lake Anne Plaza at 11400 Washington Plaza West in Reston.
