Huge New Reston Restaurant Opening In A Few Weeks

RESTON, VA — The grand opening of the new Reston location of Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants is fast approaching, and it will result in the creation of 200 new jobs in Fairfax County, according to a report.

It will be a winery, restaurant, and tasting room all in one, and it is opening on Aug. 28 at 12130 Sunset Hills Road, the Fairfax County Times reports.

It's such a big hiring operation that Cooper's Hawk has set up a temporary hiring office near the new restaurant's location. A couple more hiring events are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

With the opening of the Reston location, Cooper's Hawk will have 30 locations in eight states. The chain also has locations in Richmond and Ashburn.

"Cooper's Hawk has created a modern, casual dining experience with warm service and a menu created with its own handcrafted wines in mind," according to their website. "The menu features unique dishes with bin numbers listed next to each item on the menu, guiding guests to their selection’s perfect wine match. Signature dishes include: Ahi Tuna Tacos, Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Shrimp Campanelle, and Ooey Gooey Butter Cake."
