RESTON, VA — Colorado's New Belgium Brewing is coming to Reston Town Center, and they're bringing a party with them.
New Belgium Brewing's Clips Beer & Film Tour will kick of Friday, Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. at RTC, with films starting at 9 p.m. The free event will feature short films and a selection of small-batch beers, according to a statement.

And it's all for a good cause. All proceeds from beer sales go to the Fairfax Alliance for Better Bicycling. Clips has raised $659,000 for nonprofits, and more than $4,000 came from Reston last year.
“This year is actually New Belgium’s 25th anniversary, so we’re doing things a little differently,” said Christie Catania, Clips national special events manager, in the statement. “We asked ten filmmakers to incorporate the year 1991 into their film, as a way to salute the year that New Belgium got its start. The films do a great job of bringing us back to the glory days of big hair, questionable fashion and outdated technology!”

New Belgium will be offering some of its Lips of Faith beers. There are a total of 18 varieties available in 3-ounce samples, 12-ounce pours and cans. A 3-ounce sample is $1.50, and a full 12-ounce beer is $6.
There will be food, with local vendors Doug the Food Dude and Bacon 'N Eds serving up grub to hungry patrons.
