ICYMI: Reston Man Screams in the Woods, Touches Himself: Police
A man is under arrested on multiple charges after a bizarre incident outside of a Reston apartment complex.

RESTON, VA — A man has been arrested on indecent exposure and public drunkenness charges after police who were investigating bizarre reports of a screaming man say they found that man behind an apartment complex touching himself.
Police were called to the 2200 block of Castle Rock Square just after 2 a.m. on Sept. 29 to a "report of a man screaming in the woods behind an apartment complex," according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

Police found 41-year-old Howard Robinson of Reston "touching himself inappropriately," the report states. They arrested him on charges of indecent exposure, drunk in public and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
