Indecent Exposure Arrest For Man Peeping Into Reston Home

RESTON, VA -- Fairfax County Police Department officers in Reston charged a 61-year-old man with peeping and indecent exposure, according to the daily crime report.

On Tuesday, Feb. 4, around 11:02 p.m., a woman observed a man exposing himself while looking into her home in the 11600 block of Charter Oak Court.

Officers from the Reston District station arrested Joseph Flynn, 61, of no fixed address, and charged him with peeping, indecent exposure and being drunk in public. He is being held without bond at the Adult Detention Center.
