Jackson's Hosts 'Preliminary Injunction Victory' Celebration At RTC
The restaurant is offering specials Thursday after the Fairfax County Circuit Court blocked ParkRTC for customers at Jackson's.

RESTON, VA — Jackson's Mighty Fine Food and Lucky Lounge at Reston Town Center decided to host a party Thursday to celebrate the Fairfax County Circuit Court's recent decision to grand a preliminary injunction against Boston Properties and the ParkRTC system for Jackson's customers.
"Come celebrate our preliminary injunction victory," reads a flyer posted on Jackson's Facebook page. "No more ParkRTC in the Orange Garage for Jackson's guests."
The court ruled that Boston Properties would not be allowed to force Jackson's customers or employees to use the ParkRTC system, at least until the issue goes to trial in February 2018. The court noted that language in the lease required Boston Properties to keep parking completely free for Jackson's.
