Last night, on North Shore Dr. at the intersection with Wainwright Drive in the Lake Anne area of North Reston, a tree trunk snapped, causing the entire tree to fall across the street and on top of a car parked on the opposite curb, causing extensive damage. The incident occurred sometime during the early morning.
