Recruiters and head hunters are searching LinkedIn every day for job candidates to fill their open positions. This is not an online dating profile! Your LinkedIn profile must include that language that will get picked up in searches, a picture that conveys the right image, and a summary statement that immediately convinces a hiring manager that you are the right fit. In addition, you need to think about the personal brand that you are projecting to the market. From blogging, to tweeting, to joining groups on LinkedIn, you are showing the hiring market your personal brand. Come learn how to ensure that it is in sync with the message that you want to be sending.
