Major Delays On Metro Silver Line This Weekend: Report
WMATA will totally shut down Largo Town Center Metro station, and that will have effects in our area.
RESTON, VA -- If you're looking to board a Silver Line Metro train sometime this weekend, get to the station early.
WTOP reports that Silver, Blue, and Yellow Line trains are scheduled to run every 24 minutes both Saturday and Sunday.
That appears to be due to what's happening on the other end of the line: Largo Town Center Metro station will be closed entirely, and additional single-tracking will cause problems throughout Metro.
