Major Software Company Moves To Reston
Ellucian will be bringing 500 employees to a new global headquarters in a building just off Sunrise Valley Drive.

RESTON, VA — An education software and services company will be moving their new global headquarters to Reston, snapping up 98,000 square feet of office space near Sunrise Valley Drive.
Ellucian will move 500 positions into three floors of office space at 2003 Edmund Halley Drive, the company announced in a statement.
“Ellucian develops technology that is purpose-built for higher education, and our new home is purpose-built for that all-important mission,” Ellucian President and CEO Jeff Ray said in a statement. “This state-of-the-art space creates an atmosphere just like that of the campuses we serve, where enabling student success is a unifying mission. Here, creativity, innovation and collaboration can flourish in an open environment where the passion we bring to our work is reflected in all that we achieve.”
