Man Announces Bank Robbery With Note, Later Arrested: Police
A bank employee gave the suspect cash, and he left on foot, police said. Lawrence Purvis, 29, was arrested not long after the incident.

RESTON, VA - A man is behind bars after robbing a Reston bank Monday morning, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
Police said at 9:18 a.m., Lawrence Purvis, 29, entered a Wells Fargo bank located at 11911 Freedom Dr. and passed a note announcing the bank robbery.
He was given cash and left on foot, police said.
