Man Caught Touching Himself In Reston Library: Police
Police arrested a 33-year-old man at the library just outside Reston Town Center Tuesday afternoon.
RESTON, VA — A man faces a charge of indecent exposure after he was caught touching himself "inappropriately" inside the library near Reston Town Center Tuesday afternoon, police say.
Police arrested 33-year-old Timothy W. Steele of Reston at around 3 p.m. on June 6.
The incident happened at the Reston Library, which is located at 11900 Bowman Towne Drive about a block north of the Town Center, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
