Man Exposes Himself Along Public Path in Reston

Police also reported an incident of peeping in a dressing room at the Kohl's location on Centreville Road.

A 17-year-old Reston resident reportedly came across a middle-aged man fully nude with his hands on his groin, Police reported Tuesday.

The incident occurred on the 2100 block of Salt Kettle Way at approximately 1 p.m. The victim was walking on a path between Salt Kettle Way and Ridge Heights Drive when coming across the suspect exposing himself.

The victim and suspect both fled the scene, and despite a search of the area with helicopter assistance the suspect could not be located.

The suspect was described to police as a white male with pale skin and a lean build and gray hair, estimated to be between 40-50 years old.

Police also reported a case of peeping in the dressing room of a Kohl’s store dating back to last Friday, Aug. 14.

The incident occurred at the store on the 2100 block of Centreville Road at 8 p.m. A male suspect was said to be lying on the floor to see into the victim’s dressing room. When the victim yelled, the suspect fled.

He was described to police as a Hispanic man in his 20s with dark hair. He was wearing a pink striped collared shirt at the time of the incident.
