Man Touching Himself While Watching Girls at Reston Town Center: Police

RESTON, VA — Police are looking for a man who was seen exposing himself and touching himself in a car at Reston Town Center while looking at a group of young girls.

Police were called to the 11900 block of Market Street at around 1:30 p.m. on April 29. A man had reported seeing a car blocking the through lane of a street, and when he approached, "he noticed the driver was exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately," according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"He looked toward the driver’s line of sight and saw a group of young girls," the report states. "He then began to yell at the suspect, who drove off."

Police are investigating the incident.
