Man Who Took Upskirt Photos at Reston Safeway Out of Jail: Report
Michael Wayne Edwards had all but four months of his sentence suspended.

RESTON, VA — A man who pleaded guilty to taking upskirt photos and was accused of exposing himself to a woman in Reston has been released from jail, according to a report.
NBC 4 reported that Michael Wayne Edwards, who was arrested last September on charges of taking photos up the skirts of shoppers at a Safeway store on South Lake Drive, was sentenced to 12 months with all but four months suspended, and therefore was allowed to go free immediately after sentencing on Friday since he had already served his time.
In addition to taking upskirt photos, Edwards also pleaded no contest to exposing himself to a woman -- although he later appealed to the Circuit Court -- and he had also confessed to squirting semen from a bottle onto a woman in a Giant grocery store in Maryland back in 2011. He was given a suspended sentence and probation instead of jail time in that incident.
