Northern Virginia Restaurant Week Starts Monday, March 23

The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) is partnering with Virginia Hospitality & Travel Association (VHTA) to produce 2015 Northern Virginia Restaurant Week, one of the biggest celebrations of dining out in Northern Virginia.

It’s coming up at you starting a week from today.

The Second Annual Northern Virginia Restaurant Week is being held from Monday, March 23 to Monday, March 30. It’s a weeklong, value-priced dining experience taking place at a variety of establishments, ranging from fine dining to fast casual, according to the Chamber. Specific information on the dining deals menus can be found on the Northern Virginia Restaurant Week Web site.

“We are happy to partner with the Reston Chamber on this event,” said Eric Terry, president of Virginia Hospitality Travel Association. “Northern Virginia Restaurant Week gives our members in this area an opportunity to showcase their cuisine and capture new customers.”

“The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce is also dedicated to placing the needs of the hospitality and restaurant community first,” said Mark Ingrao, president and CEO of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce. “Partnering with VHTA to bring more business during an ordinarily slow time for the hospitality industry helps fulfill a GRCC commitment to promote business development and offer marketing exposure to our business community.”

This year’s Northern Virginia Restaurant Week is also working with Reston Limousine to provide a 10 percent discount to those who provide a receipt indicating they dined at a participating Northern Virginia Restaurant.

There’s still time for restaurants to register for this dining out celebration. The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce and Virginia Hospitality and Travel Association are continuing to accept commitment forms.
