ParkRTC Kiosks Overhauled At Reston Town Center
Boston Properties says they made the move in response to visitor concerns.

RESTON, VA — Reston Town Center has installed new Park & Pay kiosks at their garages that manager Boston Properties says will help deal with the concerns raised by locals about the ParkRTC app and paid parking in general.
"Reston Town Center has installed new Park & Pay kiosks for use of parking Monday to Friday in the garages, and for Monday to Saturday street parking," Marion Myers of Myers Public Relations, which represents Boston Properties, said in an email. The kiosks "address many of the user concerns," she added.
Myers said the new kiosks are easier to use and mean that visitors won't have to use the ParkRTC app if they don't want to. The kiosks have the ability to accept cash and dispense change, visitors can swipe a credit card, and validation is "easy to apply," she said.

The new kiosks were initialized on Monday, and are located in four garages at Reston Town Center.
Meanwhile, a total of 200,000 people have downloaded the ParkRTC app, Myers said.
