In this temp-to-hire position, you will be tasked with assisting the HR department with accounting, benefits, and payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare accounting transactions and documents
· Perform accurate processing of all payroll

· Ensure all payroll deadlines are met
· Review new hire paperwork, terminations, salary changes, and other changes as needed

· Perform weekly upload of 401(k) contribution data
· Update/maintain confidential filing systems
· Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience required
· Experience working for an Association/Non-Profit preferred, but not required
· Possess a high level of organizational and time management skills
· Must have professional and personable demeanor with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
