RESTON, VA -- Fairfax County Police from the Reston District Station are looking into an armed robbery that occurred early Saturday morning at a gas station in the Herndon area of the county, according to the daily crime report.

On Jan. 25, around 12:30 a.m., a man entered the Sunoco Gas Station located at 13470 Coppermine Road and demanded money from the clerk after threatening him with a knife. The clerk gave cash and merchandise to the suspect, who then fled the scene. According to police, the suspect is described as a black male in his 20s. He was wearing dark clothing and a mask.
