Police: Three Teens Attempt to Rob Bicyclist in Reston
Incident took place Saturday in the early evening.

Fairfax County Police report Tuesday that three teens attempted to rob a bicyclist on Saturday in Reston.
The attempted robbery took place Saturday at about 6:12 p.m., at Soapstone Drive and Stoneview Square (see map).

Police say the victim was riding his bicycle and was approached by three men. The suspects threatened the victim and demanded property, according to police. The victim managed to flee and did not require rescue, police said.
The first suspect was described as black, between 18 to 19 years of age, wearing all black clothing and carrying a backpack, according to FCPD. The two other suspects were described as black and between 13 to 15 years of age, FCPD noted.
