Puttshack Signs Lease To Bring High-Tech Mini Golf To Reston Station
Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. signed a new lease with Puttshack to bring four nine-hole mini golf courses to Reston Station.

RESTON, VA — Residents of Reston Station will soon be able to enjoy an upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience while imbibing on global food and drink.
On Monday, Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. announced that it had signed a new lease with Puttshack for 1850 Reston Row Plaza in Reston.
With a projected summer 2025 opening date, Puttshack Reston will not only anchor Comstock’s 80-acre Reston Station development at the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station, it will be the first live-entertainment venue there.

Visitors to the 29,000 square-foot space will be able to play on four tech-driven nine-hole mini golf courses, while enjoying a globally inspired dining menu and hand-crafted cocktails. The facility will also offer multiple bars and private spaces for exclusive parties and business meetings.
“With Reston Station’s line-up of emerging and established tech companies on site, the transit-oriented neighborhood was an immediate draw for our tech-driven mini golf concept,” said Puttshack President Dave Diamond, in a release. “Puttshack will become a must-visit destination for a one-of-a-kind experience encompassing mini golf, exceptional dining, and lively entertainment.”

Jim Steffan, Comstock's chief operating officer, was excited to bring a new-to-market, curated experience to Reston Station."
“Puttshack is a natural addition to our dynamic mixed-use neighborhood of residential, office, and experiential retail and will further enhance the vibrant lifestyle amenities available within our growing community," he said.
Currently, Puttshack operates two locations in Atlanta and Chicago, and will be opening venues in Boston and Miami later this month. The company anticipates opening a second venue in Atlanta, as well as new locations in Dallas, Denver, Houston, Nashville, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Scottsdale, and St. Louis through 2023.
