People moving to the area and need to rent a home want to know what they get for the money in different locations.  Even within the same community such as Reston, prices and amenities can vary a lot so we’ve started a series to help show what you get for the money around Reston.

When looking for a place to rent, what are your top must- haves? Prioritizing your list can help you find a perfect place to live. This week we want to put the spotlight on Parc Reston Condominiums and see what the community has to offer – and show you what you get for the money.

Parc Reston has 336 apartment-style condos that consist of one and two bedrooms models. The community was originally built as rental apartments but were converted to condo ownership in 200_.  The buildings are newly upgraded Garden-style and each unit has its own patio so you can sit outside and enjoy some fresh air.

·         Ample parking- must have decals

 

RENTAL RATES for 2013:

·         One bedroom units are just under 700 sq ft  have been renting in the $1300-$1400 range

·         Two bedroom units are different floorplans and range from 840-1046 sq ft.  These units have been renting in the $1475-$2200 with the average being around $1600.

LOCATION:
Parc Reston is conveniently located off Reston Parkway across from Reston Town Center.  This makes shopping, dining out or just enjoying summer concerts so easy!  If you live an active lifestyle, you can easily access the W&OD trail to walk, run and bike. And not only does the community have a great bus system, but Parc Reston will be just steps from the  new Silver Line Metro station at Reston Town Center.
