Reserve Valentine’s Day Tables Now At Reston's Top Restaurants

RESTON, VA — Valentine’s Day is on a Saturday this year, and if you haven’t made reservations for dinner out at one of Reston's best local restaurants, do it now.

About 39 percent of U.S. adults plan an evening out to celebrate Valentine’s Day, according to a National Retail Federation survey. Because Feb. 14 falls on a Saturday this year, Reston restaurants will likely be busy through the weekend, as well as a day or two earlier than the holiday.

SYN Rooftop Bar & Lounge, located atop located atop AC Hotel & Residence Inn by Marriott Reston, is offering a two-part celebration on Feb. 14.:

• Galentine’s Day Brunch: From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., groups of friends can take advantage of Cocktail Towers, a Sip & Share Mimosa Program, live karaoke, and drink specials.
• Valentine’s Dinner Party: From 8:30 to 11:30 p.m., SYN transforms into a romantic, candlelit Valentine's Day experience, complete with roses throughout the dining room, DJ Alex Love, and a featured Valentine’s cocktail, the Love Spritzy.

Pisco y Nazca: Celebrate love with the "Berry in Love" Charity Sour Flight throughout the month of February. The exclusive flight flavors will include Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackberry. In addition, the Peruvian restaurant is honoring the American Heart Association by donating $1 from every flight sold. The flight will be available through Saturday, Feb. 28 at all of Pisco y Nazca's DMV locations, including 1871 Explorer St. in Reston.

On Valentine's Day, Pisco y Nazca is offering a special pre-fix menu to celebrate love. The four-course menu is designed to share amongst each couple for $140 and includes a glass of sparkling wine with the option of two traditional Pisco Sours for an additional $10. The exclusive menu will be available Friday, Feb. 13 through Sunday, Feb. 15 at all of Pisco y Nazca's DMV locations. Reservations can be made through piscoynazca.com.

Valentine’s Day with Heart-Shaped Pizza: Paisano’s is celebrating love with the return of its fan-favorite heart-shaped pizzas, this year with a bold and spicy twist. For a limited time, any large make-your-own pizza can be crafted into a heart shape. For the first time, Paisano’s Hot Honey Pizza is also available to be transformed into a heart-shaped pie. This sweet-heat favorite features New York-style pizza sauce, pizza cheese, cup-and-char pepperoni, creamy ricotta, and a drizzle of hot honey. Perfect for your Valentine’s or Galentine’s celebrations. Heart-shaped pizzas are available Feb 9-15, at all 40 Paisano’s locations across the DMV, including 12056 North Shore Drive in Reston, VA 20190.

Many, but not all, local restaurants handle reservations through OpenTable, an online service. Romantic restaurants typically fill up a week before Valentine’s Day.
