RESTON, VA – The Reston Association is adjusting how it will be interacting with its members as part of its response to the new coronavirus, also known as COVID-19.

In the interest of the health and safety of its members and in support of social distancing efforts, RA is discontinuing all walk-in service at its headquarters, according to a letter to members from CEO Hank Lynch.

Members wishing to pay their 2020 annual assessment fee, which is due March 31, are encouraged to use RA’s WebTrac online portal. Likewise, members wishing to take advantage of the 20 percent discount by purchasing or renewing recreation passes by March 31, are also encouraged to use WebTrac. Anyone experiencing difficulties logging into WebTrac can email their name, address or account number to webtraclogin@reston.org, or call 703-435-7994 Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for help.

While the Member Services office will be closed to walk-in business, members can still reach the office Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. by phone at 703-435-6530 or email at Member_Services@reston.org.

"We will continue to monitor information on COVID-19 and will re-evaluate our operations on March 30 and notify members and volunteers should RA need to further change or update our schedule beyond March," Lynch said, in the letter.
