Reston Church Offering Youth Sexuality Education Program

The Unitarian Universalist Church in Reston is offering "Our Whole Lives," a comprehensive sexuality education program for 7th -9th graders.

The Unitarian Universalist Church in Reston has openings in its 7th-9th grade comprehensive sexuality program, Our Whole Lives (OWL). OWL helps participants make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual health and behavior. With its holistic approach, OWL provides accurate, age-appropriate information on a variety of topics, including interpersonal relationship skills, gender identity, sexual orientation, and social and cultural influences.

7th-9th graders from families who share the program's values are welcome (see www.uua.org/re/owl). Classes will be held Sundays, 12-1:30 pm, September 22 to May 3.

A required parent information session will be held on Tuesday, September 17, at 7 pm. Cost for non-members is $250. For more information or to register, please contact Linda@uureston.org.
