Reston Citizens Association Appoints New Directors

RCA also announced it re-appointed three sitting directors and re-elected its president, vice president, treasurer and secretary.

Earlier this week, the Reston Citizens Association (RCA) announced the appointment of two new directors, the re-appointment of three sitting directors and the reelection of its president and vice president.

Lynne Mulston, of the Town Center/Lake Anne/Tall Oaks district, and Geoff Lewis, an at-large candidate, were both appointed as directors on Wednesday.

Mulston is the Founder and Principal at MS Associates in Reston, a marketing firm in town. She has lived in Reston since 1986. Lewis is an architect with DBI Architects and is a new resident of Reston Town Center.

Annmarie Swope, Nick Georgas and Yavuz Inanli were all re-appointed to new three-year terms. Their previous terms came to a close in June.

RCA also announced the re-election of President Srighar Ganesan, of the North Point district, Vice President John Hanley, of the Hunter Woods district, Treasurer Joe Leighton, of the South Lakes district, and Georgas as secretary.

RCA is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)4 corporation that has served more than 60,000 Reston residents since 1967. According to its website, it is “the only community-wide, non-partisan, and action-oriented organization in which everyone that lives, works and plays in Reston has a voice.”
