Reston Hit-And-Run: New Video Shows Vehicle Sought by Police
Police don't believe the car was the one that struck the victim, but the driver may be a key witness.
RESTON, VA — A new video appears to show a vehicle police are searching for following a deadly hit-and-run incident on North Shore Drive in Reston on Sunday.
The video, posted on Twitter by Fox 5 reporter Anjali Hemphill, is from a surveillance camera at a Mobil gas station near the intersection. A black car can be seen pulling up to the stop sign at the intersection.

Initially, police believed a black Nissan Altima or similar car may have been the one that struck and killed 76-year-old Hung Soon Seo as he was crossing through the intersection outside of the crosswalk area. However, in an update posted on their blog later in the day, Fairfax County Police said that new information indicated the driver of car may instead be a witness to the hit and run, and detectives want to speak with the driver about the incident.
