Reston Multicultural Festival To Return To Lake Anne Plaza

Reston Community Center released the full line-up of performers and vendors for the 2021 Reston Multicultural Festival on Sept. 25.

RESTON, VA —“Discover the World in Reston” will be the theme of this year's annual Reston Multicultural Festival when it returns to Lake Anne Plaza on Sept. 25, according to a Reston Community Center release.

Last year's festival had to be canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but Reston's signature event will once again bring a variety of multicultural performers, as well as craft and food vendors to the plaza to celebrate the community's diverse makeup.

“We are thrilled to bring back this annual community tradition after a year in which COVID-19 prevented us from holding it,” said RCC Board Chair Beverly Cosham. “It’s been planned by RCC staff to assure the greatest possible level of patron safety and comfort with full implementation of all recommended public health guidelines for outdoor and indoor spaces.”
