Reston Resident Awakens To Burglary: Police
The homeowner reported that someone entered the home through the garage door.
RESTON, VA -- Police are searching for a suspect after a Reston homeowner reported waking up to discover that someone had burglarized them.
Police believe that an unknown individual entered a home in the 1600 block of Apricot Court through a garage door sometime between 11 p.m. Thursday night and 7 a.m. Friday morning, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
The burglar took "several personal items," the report states.
