Non-critical violation No. 2: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handwashing facility located by the prep cooler is blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing.

Non-critical violation No. 3: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed that paper towels were not provided at each handwashing sink.
