Reston Sobriety Checkpoint This Friday: Police

Fairfax County Police will be setting up a checkpoint at the start of the Memorial Day weekend somewhere in the Reston area.

RESTON, VA — Drunk drivers, beware: police will be setting up a sobriety checkpoint in the Reston Police District this Friday night.

The Fairfax County Police Department announced that the checkpoint would take place from 11:15 p.m. on Friday, May 26 until 2:15 a.m. the next morning.

They aren't revealing the exact location of the checkpoint, and are reminding locals to "drive sober and stay safe."
