RSA's family friendly Fall soccer Kick-off Festival on South Lakes High School turf fields. Get some pre-season practice or fun for the day!
Attention all soccer fans! Come join Reston Soccer Association for the Fall Kick-off Festival on Sunday, August 31, 2014 on the athletic fields of South Lakes High School, Reston, from 9:30 am to 5 p.m. Enjoy some fun soccer activities and scrimmages on the new turf fields of the main stadium and practice fields.
Admission is FREE! The morning fun starts with the younger soccer players and fans (U5-U12). The afternoon continues with the next age groups (U13 and up) with some scrimmages still being finalized. Plenty of time to practice shots on goal and free paly on the turf will be available to players of all ages.
A busy concession area will serve food and beverages during the breakfast, lunch and mid-afternoon hours. Reston Soccer cheer gear will be available for purchase. Great opportunity to meet Radovan Pletka onsite to sign and sell his book (“Demystifying Youth Soccer - 36 answers to questions “) and talk soccer with the author.

Near the concession area, festival goers can contribute to or shop at the Gear Donations and Swaps table. If you have any gently used gear that can be used for another season, bring it along for the Gear Donations and Swaps table. Your soccer gear will be greatly appreciated by families keeping up with growing children!
