Reston Town Center Ice Rink to Close Soon for Season

Grab your skates and get out on the ice before winter is gone!

Although it seems like winter will last forever with these below-freezing temperatures, the winter season will be over before you know it and soon, Reston Town Center’s ice skating rink will also close for the season.

Just a couple more weeks of ice skating are in the picture, with the ice rink’s last day of the season March 15, according to a rink employee.

Ice skates and other supplies are available inside the Information Center at the Skate Shop, directly beside the Pavilion (behind Clyde’s).

Adults – $10
Children under 12 – $9
Senior citizens (55 & up) – $9
Skate rentals (figure & hockey) – $5
Season pass – individual – $195
Season pass – family of 4 – $395
Discount card (10 admissions) – $85
Socks/Gloves – $4

  • Sunday: 11 am – 7 pm
  • Monday: 11 am – 7 pm
  • Tuesday: 11 am – 7 pm
  • Wednesday: 11 am – 10 pm
  • Thursday: 11 am – 10 pm
  • Friday: 11 am – 11 pm
  • Saturday: 11 am – 11 pm

Skate Events

  • Rock ‘n’ Skate, Fridays, 8 am - 10 pm
  • Cartoon Skate, Saturdays, 11 am - 1 pm
