Reston Weather This Week: Here's What To Expect

RESTON, VA -- It's back to the typical sunny and hot days of summer this week, but at least temperatures won't be off the charts in the Reston area.
Highs should hover around the high 80s throughout the week, and it should be mostly sunny for the bulk of the week until the weekend, when some showers could sneak into the forecast.
The National Weather Service projects that Monday will be sunny with a high near 90, and we'll get some breezes. Temperatures should dip into the low 70s in the evening.

Tuesday is expected to be the hottest day, with highs soaring into the low 90s and a chance of showers and thunderstorms late in the evening and early Wednesday morning hours.
Wednesday through Friday should have highs around the mid to upper 80s, and it is expected to be mostly sunny.

On Saturday and Sunday, there's a decent chance of showers, and it will be partly sunny as well, with highs around 90 degrees.
