Reston Woman Finds Strange Man In Her House: Police

RESTON, VA -- A woman in Reston discovered a strange man in the back room of her house on Monday.

The incident happened in the 12100 block of Stirrup Road at around 11:45 a.m., according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"A homeowner found a man in the back room of her house after hearing her dog bark," the report states. "The man left after she confronted him and drove away in a dark silver or gray sedan. He was described as white, approximately 55 years old, 6’ tall, weighing around 180 pounds, with gray hair and a short beard."
