Roads Shut Down In Reston Area Due To Storm (Map)

RESTON, VA -- The severe storm that struck the Reston area head-on Monday night is gone, but the wreckage remains. Multiple roads are closed as of Tuesday morning, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

Here is a list of road closures currently in place, along with their reason, followed by a map showing where those closures are.

Maria Avenue/River Bend Road – Tree and wires down. Maria Avenue is blocked.

Minburn Street/Golden Arrow Street – Wire in roadway

Robindale Drive/Colvin Run Road – Tree on power lines

Robindale Drive/Mill Valley Court – Tree down

9200 block Weant Drive – Tree down

FAIR OAKS

Oakton Road/Waples Mills – Tree down
