Critical violation: Observation (REPEAT) (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following food items were observed cold holding at improper temperatures using a calibrated food temperature measuring device: Provolone, cheddar at 49, 49F in 1DR UR cooler.
Critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Consumer advisory statement missing from menu board.

Critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The concentration of the chlorine solution was observed in excess of 200 ppm. This concentration exceeds the approved limits for use with food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils in a foodservice establishment.
Non-critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed soap in sanitizer vat being used to sanitize cutting boards.
Non-critical violation: Observation (REPEAT) (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following refrigeration unit is not operating properly and is unable to maintain cold food at or below 41°F: 1DR UR COOLER at 47F.
