RTC Next Office Space Fully Leased: BXP

(January 12, 2026) - BXP (NYSE: BXP), the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of premier workplaces in the United States, today announced that the 1.1 million square feet of premier office space at “RTC Next”, the firm’s extension of the award-winning Reston Town Center development, is fully leased.

RTC Next is the latest expansion of Reston Town Center and includes two newly developed trophy towers and an additional boutique premier workplace building primarily leased to Fannie Mae, Volkswagen, Noblis, Palo Alto Networks and Ofinno. The retail at RTC Next has experienced similar success. Molly’s Dog Care is already open and major names including Dogfish Head Alehouse, Grazie Nonna, Paris Baguette, Toastique, Yunnan by Potomac Noodle House, Livewell Animal Hospital and Clarity will be opening doors this spring and summer.

RTC Next includes a two-tower, 1.1 million square foot premier workplace, the 39-story Skymark residential tower, a dual-branded AC Marriott/Residence Inn hotel, a 74,000 square foot boutique premier workplace and 60,000 square feet of retail.
