Teen Fires BB Gun at Car in Herndon, Gets Arrested
They may not be considered firearms, but BB guns aren't toys -- a lesson one Ashburn teen learned in Herndon recently.
HERNDON, VA — A teenager from Ashburn has been arrested after firing a BB gun in Herndon at a vehicle while someone was inside it.
Police arrested 19-year-old Onan Enrique Guillen Nunez on a charge of shooting at an occupied motor vehicle in the 1000 block of Kings Court on April 24.
Police say Nunez "admitted to aiming, pointing, and discharging a BB gun at the victim's vehicle," according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.

Nunez was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was held without bond, the report states.
