Shark Tank-Backed Menswear Store Coming To Reston Town Center

RESTON, VA — Collars & Co. plans to open its first permanent Virginia store at Reston Town Center, according to a press release. The menswear brand said the new shop is expected to open in late May at 11869 Market St. in Reston.

The 1,700 square-foot store would be the company’s first permanent location in Virginia and would join its other stores in Rockville, Maryland; New York; Boca Raton, Florida; Chicago; King of Prussia, Pennsylvania; and Dallas.

Collars & Co. company is known for receiving investment from Mark Cuban and Peter Jones on “Shark Tank,” according to a release. The company developed what it described as a patent-pending Dress Collar Polo.

Cuban described the product as a “game-changer.” No other context for that remark was provided in the announcement.

Planned hours for the store are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 11 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
