Shooting At Herndon 7-Eleven Under Investigation

HERNDON, VA —Fairfax County Police are investigating a shooting that took place early Thursday morning at a 7-Eleven in the Herndon area of the county, according to the daily crime report.

FCPD officers were dispatched to the 7-Eleven located at 13190 Parcher Avenue for the report of possible gunshots being fired. They found nothing at the time, but later learned of a man being treated at a nearby hospital for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Following a preliminary investigation, police determined the shooting took place in front of the 7-Eleven. The front of the building was damaged and police found several shell casings.

This case remains under investigation.
